Fried Chicken Salted Egg Finally kesampean also today I am back
busy in the kitchen ria and process Chicken Fried Salted Egg Sauce
(Fried Chicken with Salted Egg sauce). The ingredients prepared are
relatively simple, easy to get, not expensive, and the results are like
culinary at a restaurant, you know! Not only in Jakarta, but in other
developing countries similar to Singapore, Malaysia, and other
countries, all competing to present a unique dish with this salted egg
yolk pairing. Pssst, a little secret - I'm practically affected with the
salty egg dish, but to be more efficient, let's go home! Ha-ha .. Glad

earlier, here's the recipe for you.
- 1 chicken, divide as 12 parts
- 1 sachet of spice flour
- Three or 4 salted eggs
- Three tbsp butter
- 1/2 tbsp chicken powder broth
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- red chili pepper
- Curry leaf (if no, can be replaced with orange leaves).
How To Make
- Prepare 1 chicken that has been washed hygienically and cut into small pieces according to taste.
- Prepare a versatile flavor spice, divide into two containers. One part is made as a mixture of wet flour, and dried flour residue for 2nd layer.
- Dip all the chicken meat into a wet flour mixture, then remove and sprinkle on top of a versatile flavor spice.
- Fry the whole chicken that has been seasoned, cook until cooked, then drain.
- Crack the salted eggs that are ripe, take the egg yolk only, and destroy it with a spoon.
- Heat the nonstick wok over medium heat, pour the butter.
- Enter the salted egg yolks that have been crushed, and cook until frothy.
- Enter fried chicken while homogenous mixer + enter chicken broth powder + sugar sand to taste (customize using each favorite) + slices of red chilli + orange leaves.
- Mix the whole until evenly, taste taste (adjust according to favorite)
- Remove and serve.
